These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SolVantage ("the App"), operated by Gunnar Hagerott, an individual based in Iowa, United States ("we", "our", "us").
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use SolVantage. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at solvantagekpi@gmail.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not share your account credentials with others or impersonate another person.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you input into the App (KPIs, goals, messages, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you enter.
If you join a team as a Rep, you understand that:
If you create a team as a Manager, you are responsible for inviting only individuals you are authorized to manage.
We provide SolVantage "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.
The KPI metrics, projections, and pace indicators shown in the App are tools to help you track your performance. They are not professional sales advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any business outcome. Use them at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gunnar Hagerott shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim. Since the App is currently free, this amount is zero.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gunnar Hagerott from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
You may stop using the App and request account deletion at any time by emailing solvantagekpi@gmail.com.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced within the App and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
